| Training course organised by Youth and Environment Europe (YEE) and its Swedish member organisation Fältbiologerna (Nature and Youth Sweden)In Växhuset, Söderhamn, Sweden 2-7 June 2008This training course is for you who imagine a democratic and sustainable world, and who believe we must use democratic and sustainable working methods to reach there. Young environmentalists from all over Europe and beyond will participate in the training course. You will get tools for making meetings more magic and for developing your local environmental work for becoming more democratic and inclusive. We will practice participatory methods for working in groups, learn more about group dynamics, social inclusion, facilitation of meetings, conflict management, democratic leadership, non-violent communication, active participation and much more. As a participant you will be working with yourself and your role in groups. You will be given space and be encouraged to share your own thoughts and reflections. |
