The EU-CoE Youth Partnership registrations become the exclusive property of the EU-CoE Youth Partnership, its affiliates and subsidiaries. If you are not interested in email alerts, you will have the opportunity to decline this service. " Facilitating other users to contact the youth experts (Expert Database) By requesting to have your profile listed in the Expert database, you autorise the EU-CoE Youth Partnership to disclose information or data provided by you in the registration form such as First Name, Last Name, Address, Town/City, Zip/Postal code, Country of residence, Phone numbers, Email, Areas of expertise to other users. The EU-CoE Youth Partnership will not hold such information or data for any longer than is necessary for the above purposes. The EU-CoE Youth Partnership will not sell your personally identifiable information to others. 3.YOUR RESPONSABILITIES ----------------------- Submitters are solely responsible for their own submissions. They may not authorize others to use their account. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all details (personal or otherwise) provided by you about yourself to us. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to personal details or circumstances at the earliest opportunity. You are solely responsible for the content or information you transmit to other of our users. You will not post on our Services, or transmit to others of our members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, proprietary rights, and rights of privacy). You will use our Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property right without first obtaining permission of the copyright owner or rightholder. You accept responsibility for any content or material that you upload to or transmit through a Community Facility. You acknowledge that all Community Facilities are public and not private communications. 4.USER CONDUCT -------------- Upon registering, you will have a password and a user ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. You agree to (a) immediately notify the EU-CoE Youth Partnership of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. The EU-CoE Youth Partnership cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement. You acknowledge and agree that all information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, pictures, graphics, video, chat, messages, files, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not the EU-CoE Youth Partnership, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Services. The EU-CoE Youth Partnership does not control the user or third party Content posted via the Services, and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such user or third party Content. You acknowledge and Agree that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. The EU-CoE Youth Partnership reserves the right to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Services. We reserve the right for any reason to remove without notice any contents of the Community Facilities received from users, including without limitation bulletin board postings, and to deny in our sole discretion any user access to these Sites or any portion thereof without notice. We reserve the right to monitor the bulletin boards service and other 'Community facilities' to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and for ongoing development of the Sites. Private discussion will not be monitored unless ordered to do so under the prevailing law.
