Aims / Objectives :
To integrate gender perspective in the youth policy implementation of the Former Yougoslav Republic of Macedonia.

Short description :
SEGA aims at contributing to the implementation of youth policy in FYROM by fostering an open and transparent consultative process in partnership with all relevant civil society organizations and government institutions which will provide the functional mechanisms for the creation of an Action Plan that integrates gender perspective in the youth policy implementation.In order to do so, the following actions are planned:- ensuring a consultative process with youth and gender civil society organizations aimed at prioritizing key interventions for the implementation of National Youth Policy (networking with civil society organizations)- restructuring and revitalization of the National Steering Committee - capacity building of key stakeholders (members of National Steering Committee)- support to the process of translating the National Youth Policy into comprehensive and gender sensitive Annual Action Plan
