Few words about me: Olga Bogdanova has extensive experience advising and managing both large, complex events and emerging non-governmental and non-profit startup ventures. Her work as a chair, social entrepreneur, consultant and trainer has centered on helping youth organizations deal with the challenges and opportunities of unprecedented change in their operating environments. She also trains youth workers, leaders, officials as well as undergraduate and graduate students in Estonia and from around the world through several university programs and other educational endeavors. Her areas of training expertise include youth work (quality, methodology, animation, peer-to-peer, voluntary work), life-long learning (non-, in- and formal learning), teamwork, participation, project management (stages, communication, networking, management, terminology). While serving as a chair at Estonian UNESCO Youth Association, she has conducted successful seminars and training courses for international groups of youth workers, governmental officials and the non-profit sectors around Europe, including UNESCO official events.
Olga holds the BA degrees in Semiotics and History of Art from University of Tartu and MA in Innovation and Creativity from Malta University. She currently obtains PhD degree in Semiotics and Theory of Culture at University of Tartu and make her research in training programs in creativity and language competence.
