A few words about myself:  I’m involved in human rights protection process since 2004. I have some experience; about most frequent problems were people encounter with. I have enough experience in international law. I have been a participator in programs and seminars to accept European skill in Human rights protection as much as it possible. My law education and some experience on international level would be essential to enhance minority rights activity. I have higher education, experience, courage and will to work in favor of democracy.
I am a team worker. I can interact with people from different ethnic or religious backgrounds. I’m flexible in relations with people. In my working duties I think I am a long term planning person because I’m interesting to foresee long distance outcome.  I have a sense of responsibility. I know how to work to decrease risk and to carry responsibilities from others. In the same time I have abilities to work as independent person. My precious job enabled me to elaborate high skills to negotiate and to discuss. I have experience to work with Roma kids in secondary schools. Also I’ve been involved into program related to Roma kids from so-called “risking groups”.
I have worked with educational right, common civil rights, with rights for cultural identity etc… I also aware about youth activity run by European Youth Agencies.  I have a lot of personal contacts with plenty of youth leaders, youth who act on international level, who involved into local youth activity. I’m familiar with different international institutions.  I have experience in the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems of human rights programs. I have been manager in different training. Also we held communication and information services. As a lawyer I did some advocacy activity. We provided people with legal aid free of charge. I have had experience in human rights activity within EU member, Former USSR, Balkans state also in some Mediterranean countries.
I am would be able to contribute to common activity as far as it possible. I am personally had experience to work in a fields of intercultural dialog, inclusion and diversity, minority rights. It would be additional leverage for effective work. I know a lot of national minorities activists personally, its essential to. All these work related directly to me, so, I will try to do by bests on these position. I can contribute a lot and to accept a lot from this.
I want to do this job because it seems to that I can be useful for it. I think I can contribute new ideas, new skills. I think my contribution will be very appreciable.
I'm interesting in activity related to national minorities, vulnerable, disadvantaged and marginalized Groups.
