A few words about myself: I have Research and teaching experience (Higher education, undergraduate and post-graduate level) in the areas of Democratic and European citizenship education ; Intercultural and Human Rights education. I have a strong interest in youth participation, political socialisation and alternative forms of education.
I am a lecturer in Citizenship Education at the School of Education, University of Leicester. I lead the PGCE (Initial Teacher Training course) in Citizenship education.
