A few words about myself: My main fields of expertise include diversity, equality, inclusion, gender, anti-discrimination, organizational development, conflict management, lobbying, capacity building, non-violent communication. I run workshops, seminars, and trainings on mentioned topics with young activists and students on local, national and international levels using non-formal education, anti-oppressive pedagogy and often norm-critical approach. I use a lot of visuals and music in trainings, as I believe they are very powerful mediums and crucial elements in non-formal education. I have been a part of a long-term training for trainers TALE and I am a part of the CoE DYS Trainers’ Pool.
