Organisation: European Federation for Intercultural Learning (EFIL), CISV Italy.

A few words about myself:
My committment and interest in non-formal education at European and International level comes from the direct experience of its positive effects on me as a young person. That's why I started making research on European youth policy and became an active promoter of these educational activities through my volunteer work in the international organization CISV, and though my actual work at EFIL. I believe every child and youth have to be given the chance to make non-formal learning experiences in an intercultural environment. I believe in taking action, speaking out, team work, creativity, dialogue, critical thinking, common sense, surprises and true relations. I am an enthusiastic and reliable person who likes making and implementing projects, evaluation, improvement, travelling, listening and looking.
