A few words about myself:
I worked with United Nations agencies in the Arab countries for 2 decades as a children’s-rights policy expert. I undertook numerous studies on the situation of children in several countries and assisted in developing their strategies and plans of action to enhance child rights. I contributed to numerous publications and produced several training manuals on topics related to child protection, participation and sex education.

I served as a member of the global NGO Committee on UNICEF between 2000 and 2006 and have conducted research or developed training and programmatic materials on child labour, street children, child participation and protection within and outside of schools, sex education and juvenile justice.
